Choosing to build your own home is one of the most important decisions you'll make in your lifetime.  Not only is it a substantial financial commitment, it's a decision that will affect your quality of life for years to come.  From planning and design to quality project management, we at Ruthcogroup are committed to doing our best to partner with you and help make your vision a reality.  Here's how we do it:

Getting Acquainted  At your convenience, we will set up a time to meet, get to know each other and discuss what you are looking for in your new house and what the building process looks like.  If you have questions about lending, we have strong relationships with some of the most respected banks in the region and would be happy to facilitate a meeting.   We also have wonderful relationships with high quality realtors if you are in the process of looking for property on which to build.  Whether you have a design already sketched out, have any pictures or photographs that inspire you, or want to look at some of our custom design plans, together we can start to form a vision.  This leads to the next step...

Planning and Design  Once you've decided that Ruthcogroup is the right choice for you, we will begin to develop a comprehensive strategy that will meet your needs to successfully complete the building process.  The first step is deciding on a plan to build the house of your dreams.  This is an exciting, creative time when we pool our resources to help you come up with the best plan to suit your needs within a budget you're comfortable with.  If you have an idea or plan, or like one of the plans that we offer, but would like to make some changes to fit your particular needs,  we can assist you in coming up with the best possible solution.  We also have access to highly qualified architects if you would like a more customized or specialized service.  Once your plans have been finalized, we will set up a building timeline and give you an estimated completion date.  That leads to the next step...

Construction  Communication is key to a satisfactory building experience, and we are committed to keeping you updated and informed.  Once construction begins, you will receive timely, standardized progress reports and pictures so that you can monitor the progress of your new home.  We realize how important your new home is to you, and we want to make sure that you're aware of every facet of the building process.  Many decisions such as paint color, plumbing and electrical fixtures, and countertop materials will be addressed in a timely manner, and we are happy to assist you in any way we can.  We also have access to incredible interior decorators and landscape architects if you would like additional service or advice.  Finally, once the punch list is complete and you've moved into your dream home, the last step is...
